Shrimp is one of the most commonly consumed types of shellfish. Our company launched the first successful Vannamei shrimp farming in Russia.
Juvenile shrimp (post-larvae) for our Eco-farm is produced by the World’s largest manufacturer in Thailand. We organized direct deliveries of post-larvae shrimp that provides high survival and dynamic growth rates in our ponds from the very first days.
We use only safe and high quality self-produced organic feed: mosquito larva, gammarus, artemia salina procured in the salt lakes of Crimea. We consciously refuse using non-natural feed therefore our shrimp meets all the requirements of eco-friendly products.
Vannamei shrimp by ELLAS has an impressive length, special sweet taste that differs it from South East Asian prawns, it also has bright flavour and fleshy texture. Thin shrimp’s carapace allows to cook it in minutes.
In 2019 we plan to harvest several times to produce shrimp with average body weight range from 15 to 40 g. Our products can be purchased live, chilled or frozen depending on customers’ choice.
